Play Regal Casino Promotional Offer Conditions
This page summarises the bonus terms reported for Play Regal Casino and the information available about individual promotions. Offer details may differ by market, and some published figures conflict. No verified rule establishes which terms take priority if a promotion description and general terms differ, so the applicable offer conditions cannot be confirmed from the available information.
Key Bonus Conditions
- The United Kingdom is listed as a restricted country. The reported offers are for eligible non-UK markets.
- A minimum qualifying deposit of €/$/CAD 15 is reported for the welcome offer.
- Bonus wagering is reported as 30x the bonus amount in one source and 35x in another. The applicable multiplier is not confirmed.
- A maximum bonus bet of €/$/CAD 5 and a seven-day bonus validity period are reported.
- Bonus conversion limits are reported as tier-dependent. No single maximum cashout applies across all reported offers.
Eligibility and Participation
The United Kingdom appears on the published restricted-country list. Players in a restricted country are not eligible to register or claim the reported offers. The minimum age requirement is not confirmed in the available information.
A one-account-per-person rule, restrictions involving shared households or devices, and rules for shared payment methods are not verified. The available information also does not establish general account or payment eligibility criteria beyond the country restriction and the qualifying deposit reported for the welcome offer. Check the terms displayed for an individual promotion before relying on its availability.
Conditions for Individual Promotions
Welcome and deposit bonuses
A non-UK welcome package is reported as 375% up to €/$/CAD 3,000 plus 100 free spins across three deposits. The reported stages are:
| Deposit | Reported reward |
|---|---|
| First deposit | 100% up to €/$/CAD 1,000, plus 100 free spins |
| Second deposit | 200% up to €/$/CAD 500 |
| Third deposit | 75% up to €/$/CAD 1,500 |
The reported minimum deposit is €/$/CAD 15, and one source says no promo code is required. A separate offer page gives different terms, so these figures should not be treated as universal. No verified activation deadline or separate qualifying conditions for the second and third deposits are available.
Free spins
The welcome offer includes 100 free spins with the first deposit, according to one report. The eligible game, value of each spin, allocation schedule, spin expiry and wagering on free-spin winnings are not confirmed. A separate report mentions 10 spins on Larry the Leprechaun, but its availability and conditions are market-specific and not established for all players.
Reload bonuses and cashback
Quick Deposit bonuses and a weekly Bonus Wheel are reported, but no fixed reload amount, percentage, code or schedule is confirmed. Cashback reports conflict: one states up to 20%, capped at €/$/CAD 100, while another describes VIP-dependent rates of 25% to 100%. The applicable rate, calculation basis, crediting method and wagering conditions are not confirmed. No cryptocurrency-specific bonus terms are available.
Wagering Requirements and Balance Rules
Available reports describe wagering of 30x the bonus amount, while another gives 35x. The applicable multiplier is therefore not confirmed. The reported calculation base is the bonus amount, but the available information does not clarify whether free-spin winnings or cashback are subject to the same requirement.
A maximum bet of €/$/CAD 5 while wagering is reported. Slots are reported to contribute 100%; table games, video poker and keno are excluded from wagering. The order in which deposited funds and bonus funds are used, and whether a withdrawal request changes an active bonus balance, are not specified. No calculation example can be given without a confirmed multiplier and complete calculation rules.
Game Contributions and Exclusions
The reported contribution rates are limited to the following. Excluded games are described as not contributing toward wagering; the available information does not say that playing them is prohibited while a bonus is active.
| Game category | Reported contribution |
|---|---|
| Slots | 100% |
| Table games | Excluded |
| Video poker | Excluded |
| Keno | Excluded |
No provider-specific exclusion list or contribution rates for other game categories are confirmed.
Bonus Expiry and Cancellation
A seven-day validity period is reported for bonuses, but the starting point for that period is not confirmed. Separate deadlines for activating an offer, using free spins or completing wagering are not specified. No verified timezone is provided.
The available information does not explain what happens to deposited funds, bonus funds or winnings when a bonus expires or is cancelled. It also does not establish whether cancellation is available during wagering or how a cancellation affects a pending withdrawal. These outcomes cannot be stated as policy without confirmed offer-specific terms.
Withdrawals and Maximum Cashout
Reported bonus conversion limits vary by VIP tier: 5x the bonus for non-VIP, Bronze and Chrome; 10x for Silver, Gold and Platinum; and 15x for Diamond and Red Diamond. These figures are reported limits on bonus conversion, not the maximum bonus award or maximum bet. The available information does not confirm how the limits apply to each promotion.
Government-issued photo ID and proof of address are reported as required before a first withdrawal. Images of both sides of a bank card may also be requested when that card was used. Verification timing is reported inconsistently, and the effect of requesting a withdrawal on an active bonus is not specified.
Restricted Conduct and Complaints
The United Kingdom is listed as restricted, so players there are not eligible to participate. No verified bonus-specific rules define duplicate accounts, bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct, and no standard penalty for breaching such rules is confirmed. A contact form and customer support are reported as contact routes, but a formal bonus complaints procedure or escalation route is not verified.
